Huge unwelcome some-kind-of-animal

Whooo to start things off, I am feeling almost 100% Aw yeah :) Well so far since my last slew of information, I havent completed too many fascinating activities except going to class and learning some spanish and some marine biology facts. I did manage to get some pictures of my room here to show you.
Navy blue ;)

My mostly illegal coral collection (And yes I just picked it up off the beach)

Aaaaaand no I have no idea who the framed baby is but it shows up a lot in my dreams.
Not too shabby right? I dont know if it is just my host house or if its the general idea here in CR but I never see any sheets on the bed anywhere. I miss them a bit. But the whole having someone constantly cleaning up after me kinda makes up for it I would have to say. I bought Maria some flowers the other day to say thank you for all she does for me ( I miss being able to buy my mom flowers when I visit ) and because I was coughing contaminated air all over the house for the past week. Graffiti here is a pretty common thing everywhere and it is just so beautiful. Here is some, more to come later.

So this weekend should also be pretty fabulous, we are headed to San Jose (the main city here in CR) for the day to check out the grand theater, some museums, do some shopping, maybe go to a wildlife refuge, and all that good stuff then on Saturday and Sunday we are headed as a large group to Monte Verde the Cloud Rainforest to do a canopy tour, zip-lining, tarzan swinging, and probably swimming in some hot springs or something. Yeah, my life freaking rocks and I wouldn't want to be anyone else but me :) Speaking of my life rocking, I want to give a serious shout-out to God for keeping me so safe while I am over here and answering all my prayers about getting here and meeting me halfway for paying for my trip. Love love love.
Well my University is pretty cool, the rooms they gave us to use are actually horrible but the campus is really pretty.

So pertaining to the title of this post, there is some creature, I have no idea what it is, that has decided for the past two days to use the ceiling right above my room as its new residence. This is not good. It seriously must be the size of a freaking racoon because when it scutters across the way, it literally wakes me up from sleeping. I think I will be fine as long as it stays up above and never makes field trips down to my beds turf. I think it may be a Costa Rican rat. How do I know this? Well it is always finding round objects and pushing them around and around the ceiling!! Just like a Tico soccer player. Crazy crazy.
Well it is that time...that time to put away Facebook, my email, memebase.com, and this blog and finally start on some Marine Bio homework. Buenas noches!!
